LinksDAO's mission is to be the world's greatest golf community. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build and own innovative web applications using advanced JavaScript, React, and Tailwind, with high standards for design, accessibility, usability, and performance scalability across desktop and mobile browsers. As an early engineering hire at LinksDAO, you will be able to shape the infrastructure and build "zero to one" products that bridge web2, web3, and in-real-life experiences.
Projects will require close collaboration with other engineers, designers, product management, and the LinksDAO community. Some projects may occur simultaneously, so you must be able to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives. We expect you to champion sound front-end standards for engineers, designers, and management.
As SWE, Fullstack, you will:
- Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
- Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
- Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design
- Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Design
- Good understanding of web performance and how browsers and DOM work
