Responsibilities and Goals:
- Operational management of recruitment processes
- Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their business and technical needs
- Sourcing suitable applicants through online job boards
- Conducting interviews and applicant screenings to fill open positions
- Registration and management of employees' personal documents
- Personnel training plan development and management
- Management of employee performance and evaluation issues
- Maintaining personnel documentation and records
- Handling ad-hoc hiring requests
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus technical roles
- Experience in sourcing with LinkedIn and other tools
- Experience in supporting recruiting team and hiring managers
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in written and oral English
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Understanding and strong interest in web3 industry
