Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Operational management of recruitment processes
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their business and technical needs
  • Sourcing suitable applicants through online job boards
  • Conducting interviews and applicant screenings to fill open positions
  • Registration and management of employees' personal documents
  • Personnel training plan development and management
  • Management of employee performance and evaluation issues
  • Maintaining personnel documentation and records
  • Handling ad-hoc hiring requests

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus technical roles
  • Experience in sourcing with LinkedIn and other tools
  • Experience in supporting recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency in written and oral English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
  • Understanding and strong interest in web3 industry
