Job Title: Frontend Engineer

To be successful in this role,
You will:
- Spend a significant amount of time working on the Solana frontend experience
- Partner with product managers and designers to deeply understand the needs of the Solana ecosystem
- Collaborate with the Design team to create responsive, modern components
- Ensure our UI components and libraries are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible
- Help drive sound technical decision making and lead technical conversations with other teams and companies
- Debug production issues across our UI programming model with an eye towards improving maintainability over the long term
You ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience building scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools using JavaScript or TypeScript
- Proficiency in developing frontend software, with deep experience in one or more relevant frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
- Experience shipping high-quality products from start to finish
- Attention to detail, especially around performance, accessibility, reliability, and security
You may be a fit for this role if you:
- Are skilled in developing rich applications with HTML, CSS, JS, Node, and experience working closely with specs and designs to implement good UX/UI
- Are capable of diving into the source code of frontend libraries to debug, patch, and extend them when necessary
