About

We’re building Omni: a platform allowing developers to deploy applications across all rollups without fragmenting liquidity. We’re looking for founding team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life.

We’re a team who already built a platform that processed over $70M leading to our $18M fundraise from top investors including Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, Coinbase Ventures alongside angel investors including Stani Kulechov (founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (cofounder of Polygon) and more.

If you are looking to join a passionate, motivated team to help create software that levels the playing field for people across the globe join us at Omni. We’re building a future that re-centers the individual in the internet.

We're looking for a crypto experienced technical Product Manager, who will ensure our products offer the best value to our stakeholders and that our dev team is prioritizing the highest impact products and features. Guide engineering team to align our development roadmap with client needs, market trends, and competitors’ activity. Inform and coordinate development of products complementary to our core protocol.

Responsibilities

    • Solicit and track customer feedback and create a product roadmap to upgrade our product(s) according to this feedback.
    • Synthesize all customer feedback into higher level, evidence based customer needs and collaborate with engineering to design features that solve these problems.
    • Conduct customer research, segmentation, and journey mapping to understand our target market. Acquire deep understanding of customer needs and point points. Be forward looking about how these can evolve.
    • Stay on top of market trends and the competitive landscape.
    • Work with the CTO to ensure core protocol roadmap alignment with customer feedback, trends and competitive activity.
    • Manage features backlog. Help product engineering team prioritize the right features and be the key person ensuring that these features are shipped in an efficient, timely manner.
    • Coordinate product engineering to build complementary products to the main protocol (dev tooling, SDKs, dashboards, apps)
    • Work with our BD team to identify the most attractive customer segments, use cases, and to improve product positioning, messaging and strategies to win those clients. Inform the creation of content, marketing, and sales collateral to support the customer journey and drive product adoption.
    • Track metrics of success and report on the findings with data-driven analytics.

Requirements

    • 3-5+ years of product experience including 2 years managing crypto product(s) (preferably B2B solution(s) for developers), and 2 years of technical product management
    • Understanding of solidity and smart contracts - Product lead won’t need to write code, but needs to understand it and high level review it with clients, pulling engineers in when needed
    • Hands-on experience using crypto products (dapps, bridges, wallets, etc.)
    • Extensive experience working with SDKs and APIs
    • Ability to understand and break down processes of complex technical and economic structures
    • Experience writing out user stories and user story mapping, prototype development and testing
    • Cross-functional team experience, stakeholder management, and time spent building strong user relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

    • Software development experience
    • DevRel experience
    • Deep experience with Dune analytics and other crypto analytical tools
Our benefits include competitive compensation, early stage equity allocations, team outings, wellness stipends, 401k with employer matching (for US employees), unlimited PTO. In addition, you'll join a team of high caliber engineers who are innovating at the frontier of crypto that all work collaboratively to help one another accelerate their growth.

We are a mission driven company. We believe deeply that through software engineering we can build a self-sovereign society. In our day to day, we make decisions based upon our company values of Individual Autonomy, Long-Term Orientation and Open Access.

The future belongs to all of us, independent of our origins. Omni is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sexual orientation, gender or any other status protected under federal, state or local law.
