The Role
Monad Foundation is seeking a highly-motivated Executive Assistant to work directly with and in support of the co-founders. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and adaptable, a strong communicator, and able to anticipate needs.Â
You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires ownership and prioritization of a broad range of responsibilities in both professional and personal contexts. An ability to execute and follow-through with the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism is of utmost importance.
What You Will Do
Manage complex executive calendars including the coordination of meetings, appointments, travel; often involving dynamic changes and ad-hoc scheduling updates
Facilitate domestic and international travel arrangements for business, conferences, and special occasions
Build an understanding of the business and executive needs in order to execute on special projects, and own administrative support functions including document review, information management, and the tracking and reconciliation of expenses
Act as primary point of executive contact: triage inbound calls, requests, emails; present a daily look-ahead and prioritize outstanding items requiring attention
Exercise discretion and the appropriate handling of professional and/or personal confidential and sensitive information
This role will report directly to the co-founders

What You’ve Done / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience, or equivalent
Preferred 3+ years as an executive assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role with proven administrative experience supporting publicly visible executives
Bonus experience at an early-stage or high-growth technology company
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and strong keyboard typing (>70 WPM) skill
