The Corporate Treasurer is responsible for creating/executing the treasury roadmap and owns the financial risk management framework for Binance.  This position will oversee liquidity management, capital structure, banking relationships, FX, and financial risk management.  The Corporate Treasurer is responsible for developing treasury policies, procedures, and performance metrics. In addition, this position is responsible for developing the funding plans for new strategic business initiatives, M&A, and joint ventures.
