Responsibilities

• Quality risk assessment and prevention, planning, monitoring and management.
• Close collaboration with Product Localization Manager, Community Managers, Product Managers and other internal stakeholders to understand the translation needs and user feedback.
• Implementation of quality metric framework and monthly KPI analysis.
• Quality assurance checks, including LQA.
• Creation and maintenance of instructions, processes and localization assets (e.g. >
• Initiation of quality improvement plans.
• Onboarding and training new linguists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of language assurance experience in the localisation industry.
• Cultural awareness with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively in a geographically dispersed team.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Multilingual (Fluent English + 1-2 more languages)
• Knowledge of CAT tools.
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DeFi.
• Knowledge/ experience in terminology management is a plus.
