As an Event Coordinator at Figment, you will manage and coordinate our event attendance and logistics across several departments at both physical and virtual events.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Be responsible for all event management requirements, including registration, attendees, logistics, planning, and communications.
• Produce documents and assets for event timelines, prepare speaking and sales documents, legal obligations, marketing materials, budgets, etc.
• Create an event Follow-up strategy, Manage intake requests for sales and partnership opportunities.
• Liaise with the marketing team, sales and founders.
• Lead and manage all pre-event tasks, including event research, workback schedules, staff travel/boarding and logistics, budget management, and internal event communication.
• Manage staff logistics and any event related issues remotely as events occur.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
• Knowledge of excel, scheduling software, and virtual event platforms
• Previous experience managing events logistics, particularly for conferences and multi-day events
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to set and maintain realistic workback timelines and manage several projects at once with competing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Crypto and blockchain is a plus
