Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and create new broker partnerships, as well as working closely with existing broker partners to accelerate user growth
• Closely collaborate with various business leaders across product & engineering, brand marketing, growth and customer service to initiates product integration, marketing partnerships & new business ideas
• Take the lead to holistically drive the full cycle strategic partnership from commercial negotiation, closure, to project management and execution
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industry top firms and competitors. Analyse competitors' strategic movement and core competitiveness; provide practical solutions and advice to related business teams

Key Requirements:

• Elite university graduate
• Proven track record in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development or Client & Project Management, preferably from Crypto & Blockchain related company is a plus
• Design compelling presentations (including pitch deck, business reviews to management, etc.)
• Good command of written and spoken English, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Passionate about the Crypto & Blockchain industry; possess profound knowledge and a strong network within this space
• Frequent travel required
