Responsibilities

    • Build social media communication top line strategies. From observation and insights into social media communication strategy, providing way-in and content references for all social media channel (Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter, Discord)
    • Optimize social media channels and content performances to better reach and engage with our audience through organic, earned and paid media strategies
    • Own social media campaign development process end-to-end: from creative briefings, channel strategy, reporting, and learning
    • Manage complaints/negative sentiments on social media properly and assist the development of SOPsDevelop creative content strategies that are forward-thinking and unique
    • Organize and execute online and offline events, campaigns, user surveys, user interviews and other user engagement activities
    • Plan and execute relevant community group initiatives 
    • Work closely with other departments such as Growth, Product, User operations and Compliance Establish a way to identify market trends and competitors social media strategies

Requirements:

    • 5 years relevant experience in Social Media and Community management in leading retail or tech companies in Indonesia
    • Hands-on experience in content management and content creation 
    • Ability to create engaging content with an analytical tone 
    • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Indonesian
    • Knowledgeable about relevant community groups and forums 
    • Analytical and good multitasking skills
    • Well-versed, passionate and knowledgeable about Crypto, Blockchain and Web3 Industry
