Zeta’s platform has facilitated over $15B in trading volume over the last year, and with the hotly anticipated launch of Zeta X (the latest iteration of their exchange) they are looking to redefine the trading experience on Solana with 5ms latency and thousands of TPS.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth leader to drive user acquisition, trading volume, and total value locked (TVL) for our crypto exchange platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunities in DeFi/crypto trading, incorporating user insights and market analysis
• Own and optimize key growth levers including referral programs and trading incentives to drive new user acquisition
• Develop and execute the platform's token listing strategy, from market signal analysis through to coordinated launches with marketing
• Streamline and accelerate the asset listing process while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with engineering and product teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative trading products like vaults
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive platform volume and TVL growth
• Drive initiatives from ideation through launch, including scoping, development oversight, and go-to-market strategy
• Monitor and analyze social signals across platforms like Twitter and Kaito to identify trending markets and opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, operations, or product management
• Demonstrated experience in crypto/Web3 exchanges or trading platforms
• Strong understanding of trading mechanics and market dynamics
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven track record of analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established network within the crypto trading community, particularly with high-volume traders
• Singapore-based candidates preferred
• Experience with DeFi protocols and crypto market analysis tools
• Track record of launching successful growth initiatives in crypto/Web3
