What you’ll do:

• Take end to end ownership of our affiliate marketing program
• Lead the drive to increase the number of affiliates we have, especially the number of influencers we are partnered with
• Source for, evaluate, and implement the software tools necessary to raise our affiliate marketing capabilities
• Establish, maintain, and improve our relationships with our affiliate partners and platforms
• Aggressively pursue and do what is needed to achieve our marketing goals
• Take a hands-on approach to Immerse yourself in Cake DeFi, gaining a deep understanding of our business and our customers
• Forge strong relationships across the Cake DeFi team

What you’ll need:

• Experience leading affiliate marketing in a crypto or blockchain startup
• Expertise building rapport with local and international influencers in the space
• Experience with the overhauling of an entire affiliate marketing ecosystem, end to end
• Having done a similar job before, successfully, and wanting to do it again (we promise you it'll be worth your while!)
• Maintaining an understanding of relevant news and trends regarding Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Finance, Tech, Entrepreneurship and Start-ups in the DACH and ASEAN region
• Manage, expand and maintain affiliate relationships.
