We are currently looking for an Office Manager (80- 100%) to join our team. The starting date would be asap at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk and ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, and being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing management and the team with administrative and organisational support
  • Booking and preparing the meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings and interviews, keeping them tidy and stocked
  • Responsible for in-going and out-going mail handling, answering, screening, and forwarding emails and incoming phone calls
  • Providing support in organising company events and conferences
  • Taking care of access, badge, and key management
  • Keeping an inventory of office and kitchen materials, and ordering materials as needed
  • Liaising with subcontractors and service providers, as needed
  • Carrying out other duties and miscellaneous tasks, as needed
  • Friendly, open minded, and service-oriented person
  • First years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and a good IT skills
