LOCATION: POZNAŃ | REMOTELY POLAND or EUROPE

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management: (1) Leading Blockchain Development Team (2) Mentoring role for other Developers (3) Communication with a team on a daily basis.
• Technical tasks: (1) Hand-on involved in the development processes helping with overall systems/data architecture development and integrations; (2) Conducting code reviews, (3) A go-to person regarding the architecture and tech stack of our blockchain projects.
• Cooperation with clients: (1) Communication on a daily basis, (2) Advising projects technical development, (3) participation in workshops and audits.
• Recruitment: (1) Conducting technical interviews (2) Advising about recruitment needs within a team.

Here’s a (not exclusive) set of skills we would appreciate you own:

• Blockchain expertise: (1) An excellent knowledge of Blockchain (2) At least 2 years of commercial experience (3) Will to develop within that technology,
• Technical knowledge: Node.js, GO, Hyperledger or Solidity,
• Team Spirit: (1) Leadership attitude (2) Willingness to cooperate with others and to share both experience & knowledge within the team (3) Drive for technical excellence towards yourself and the team,
