What you’ll do 👀

• Develop and execute MoonPay's overall partnership strategy and playbook.
• Identify and qualify partnership and sponsorship opportunities that complement our growth OKRs.
• Plan and execute all marketing activations related to partnerships and ensure they are rooted in authentic and credible concepts that result in highly engaged audiences.
• Build out a strategic content and campaign calendar for partnership initiatives to maximise ROI.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of various campaigns and partnerships.
• Share weekly and monthly insights and key analysis with the broader growth & brand team.

You should apply if ✅

• 5+ years of marketing, partnership or creative strategy experience.
• A deep understanding of user behavior, trends, and viral content.
• Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and industry is a must.
• Excited and has a deep understanding of how to engage brand communities.
• Creative problem solving skills with determination to do more with less.
• Formidable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be persuasive, influential and affect change.
• Appetite to thrive in a fast- paced organization and the ability to adapt to new situations quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline sensitive.
• Excellent writing, communications, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Self-starter, will take initiative with new projects.

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Recruiter call (20-30 minutes)
• Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
• Remote take-home task (role dependent)
• Final interview (2 hours)
