Your mission
As an Atlassian Cloud Specialist at Bitpanda your role will be to maintain and develop our Atlassian stack and support our employees with their unique issues and feature requests.
What you’ll do
- Configuration, maintenance and administration of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Opsgenie, Statuspage).
- Create and maintain Jira configurations and schemes (workflows, fields, screens, permissions, issue security, automation etc.).
- Create Jira reports, dashboards and planning views for various business areas
- Analyse business requirements with internal customers and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct the entire process from needs analysis to solution delivery (and documentation)
- Conduct training for employees and new hires.
Who you are
- Eager to master Atlassian cloud systems (no on-prem or data center Atlassian systems in the house).
- Have 2-3 years of experience with Atlassian cloud systems from a larger and dynamic environment.
- Don't mind working with internal/external stakeholders or end-users (Bitpanda employees) on a daily basis.
- Experience with advanced Jira Automation (Out-of-box, JMWE) and apps (Extension for Jira Service Management, EazyBI, Tempo) is a plus and scripting in Goovy or JS is always welcome.
- An enthusiastic team player with a great sense of humour and passion for sarcasm is also a huge plus.
