Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 3D Technical Artist to join our growing team. In addition to the requirements below, the ideal candidate should be able to manage their time efficiently in order to handle multiple projects and strict deadlines with ease. Applicants must be motivated, able to work well under tight deadlines, take direction easily, and learn quickly in a creative work environment. This position requires the ability to provide technical support and workflow advice to external art teams. In addition to that, the artist will need to be on calls with clients to gain a better understanding of the visual requirements, and be able to communicate that effectively to the rest of the team.

Important Competencies
5+ years of industry experienceExperienced with 3D modeling programs such as Maya, 3ds Max, or BlenderExcellent creative and technical abilitiesKnowledge of PBR texture workflowAbility to take projects from concept to final productGood communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to mentor and guide more junior resourcesStrong attention to detail and prioritizationStrong understanding of low-poly modeling and texturingExperience with using Substance PainterExperience with sculpting tools such as ZBrush or MudboxExperience with VrayExperience with real-time engines like Unity or Unreal
