We are looking for an experienced project manager for the new software product related with crypto-compliance and anti-money-laundering applications.

The responsibilities will include:

1) creating specifications on software design
2) collect user requirements from the potential clients and convert it to technical specs
3) distributing tasks for developers and tracking their success
4) helping developers execute their tasks and leading the process
5) create product tests and tracking the coverage and execution of the plan
6) deliver product in stages to customers and collect feedback
7) implement continuous integration and test process for the product software
8) setup monitoring system for automatic runtime test execution and system health
9) implement collecting user experience metrics and analyse them

Experience:

Demonstrated successful project management skills by the candidate in one or more of the following areas :

1) FinTech
2) Blockchain, Crypto
3) AML, Compliance, KYT, Transaction Monitoring ( Fiat or crypto )
4) Data analytic tools
5) SaaS and cloud platforms

1) computer science, IT - education and/or experience
2) project management, scrum, team leadership
3) product management in fintech or compliance
4) development methodology, CI, QA, UX, design patterns, software architecture
5) financial compliance, risk assessment, AML technologies
6) forensic investigations in financial or crypto
