RECUR is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its team full-time. At RECUR, you will support the Producers on project development of digital licensed products and brand partnerships, including submission and clearance of all IP assets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will build experiences for some of the most coveted brands in the world on innovative, creative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Help support the development of branded NFT gaming experiences, including submission and clearance of all assets
• Support teams in tracking production deliverables for specified groups/areas
• Support multiple projects submissions to IP owners
• Scheduling and attending development meetings, setting agendas, facilitating discussions, taking notes, and identifying action points arising from any meeting.
• Ensure communication updates flow consistently to all necessary team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the production organization to support project launches and live operations
• Document department and live operations best practices and guidelines.
• Own organization and maintenance of production Confluence site
• Maintain asset management that allows the creative team to easily access brand assets from >
• Be subject matter expert on each brand partner’s product approval portal
• Build relationship with brands asset management team
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring to RECUR (MIN REQUIREMENTS)

• 1+ years of experience in project management highly desired
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, Confluence) a plus
• Passion for gaming and the ability to learn new skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Interest in project management methodologies
• Experience working with IP brand licensors a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Organized, self-directed, and able to adjust to shifting schedules and requirements
