Adim is a web3 media company transforming the way characters are created and owned, and we are seeking a transformative Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships.

The Role:

Our ideal candidate will identify strategic opportunities and pursue business partnerships to fuel long-term growth and value. With a deep understanding of market trends, business and community goals, this role will contribute effective techniques to drive Adim’s strategic roadmap and brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage exploratory discussions, evaluate and quantify new business partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Develop strategic and quantitative market analyses to identify and prioritize new business development opportunities
  • Manage range of strategic deal-making opportunities from IP licensing deals, partnerships, to investments/M&A
  • Create exec-level presentations to communicate analysis, findings, recommendations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or corporate development
  • Experience running a deal process and diligence with multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving & analytical skills, business acumen, thought leadership
  • Concise speaker, storyteller, & writer who can deliver the message to target customers effectively and attractively
  • High levels of emotional intelligence support intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways
  • A fast learner with a growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree
  • Experience in Entertainment/Tech, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
  • Startup experience
  • Knowledge of or interest in web3, blockchain and cryptocurrencies
  • Entrepreneurial disposition and creative spirit
