The Role:


Autograph is looking for a Product Leader- Drop Strategy to lead drop architecture decision making including but not limited to price, quantity, utility and more. This person will be a visionary who loves to use both their left and right brains to advance our product offerings. This person will already have experience and deep knowledge in Web3.


Responsibilities:


  • Bring a deep understanding of Web3 and evolving trends in order to provide ongoing insight to cross functional stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally and very closely with partnerships, business affairs, business operations, creative, marketing, strategy, finance, technology and other groups in order to:
  • Fully understand each partner, their intellectual property, their audience and patterns of engagement, their specific goals related to NFTs, and their timelines.
  • Build product launch roadmaps (go-to-market plans) for each partner and each drop, taking into account data on past performance, best practices on drops, evolving trends, and partner input
  • Develop roadmaps that include critical details, including the number of drops, their cadence and timing, the type of drop (auction vs. direct sale), price, quantity, utility, and gamification elements
  • Innovate constantly, creating new and engaging ways to provide value to our partners and our community, and running experiments throughout the road map to test impact and effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications


  • 10+ years work experience, with Web3 experience required, in addition to go-to-market strategy, gaming and/or crypto experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team oriented.
  • Sports, entertainment or tech industry experience.
  • Deep knowledge of NFT space specifically.
