What to expect & compensation

There will be 2 stages the bootstrap stage and post ICO stage:

Bootstrap stage: Being involved in the bootstrap stage, you are entitled to earn founder shares, all team members who help build the company during bootstrap stages will be delegated a minimum of $20,000 USD worth of tokens (depending on role and commitment that value will grow) commissions will be added as a % of whatever investment you bring in as well.

Post ICO

After securing funds you have the option to stay with us for a full time contract to earn a bi weekly salary base, you also have the option to have a % of your shares released and move on with another project. The rest of the share ownership will be released after 6 months along with the rest of the team as it is secured for public security.
