About The Position
The Marketing Manager will support the VP of Marketing/Community in the strategy and execution of driving brand awareness and member growth for Mythos Studios.
As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Manager will be focused on discovering and creating new opportunities for the brand to grow. The marketing team will be managing content and campaigns on all public-facing marketing channels, as well as building up new marketing distribution channels, content creation, fostering partnerships, and looking at different ways to grow awareness and funnel them into our Mythos Studios ecosystem.
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Set and deliver content strategy to build brand awareness and meaningful engagement across Mythos socials with new audiences.
  • Manage and execute marketing calendar and operational marketing plan for each relevant channel (PR, content, social media, events, etc)
  • Partner with the membership, content, operations, product team to deliver integrated marketing communications in efficient and timely matter as well as high performance external teams (e.g. agencies, freelancers)
  • Create insightful reports to share with content, product, and membership team for optimizations and improvement
  • Collaborate with other NFT brands to develop interesting campaigns to both engage our community and widen our audience.

Education And Experience
  • 2-3 years experience in a high-performance product, marketing, growth or operations function
  • Entry level knowledge of crypto, Web3, NFTs
  • Experience creating high-quality briefs with clear deliverables for creative team and helped managed them to deliver all assets in a timely manner
  • Previous history of executing marketing calendars with multiple touchpoints (e.g social, PR, email, website)
  • Experience developing reports with actionable insights for product and creative team to optimize ongoing campaigns and/or future product roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications
  • Well-versed and experienced in using multiple social platforms and emerging platforms
  • Personal experience in minting NFTs

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
