About the role:
As Director of Operations for nft now, you will play a key role in leading the operational strategy and execution of their mission to empower creators and their communities through web3 technology and NFTs. You will work closely with the the executive team to execute the company's vision and strategy, and be responsible for ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the company's operations. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the web3 movement and help shape the future of the creative economy.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the the executive team to define and execute the company's vision and strategy
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth
- Ensure the scalability and efficiency of the company's operationsIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities while mitigating risks to the company
- Develop and execute operational strategy to support nft now's mission to empower creators and their communities through web3 technology and NFTs
What you’ll need
- Proven experience leading and managing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including finance, business development, Product/GTM strategy and legal
- Knowledge of the Web3 and nft landscape with the willingness to learn more about the space
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for empowering creators and their communities through technology
