The Business Development Team is responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners that support Figments business objectives. We’re looking for a Manager, Business Development who will create and manage strategic partnerships that support our Direct customer growth efforts.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and apply your insights to identify impactful growth partnership opportunities for Figment.
  • Lead larger deal initiatives, determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the plan for execution
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a thought partner for product leaders on ways to create great experiences for Figments customers through partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both traditional finance partner organizations and others in the crypto ecosystem
  • Contribute to the broader success of the team by refining processes, mentoring more junior team members and helping recruit awesome talent

About You

  • You are a creative and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problems
  • You have great commercial and product instincts & understand how to create partnerships that enable scaled growth.
  • You are a strong communicator comfortable presenting to senior executives internally and externally
  • You have significant deal experience in tech or financial services
  • You bring 6+ years total in partnerships/business development experience in tech or fintech
