Role Overview:


Are you a senior marketing manager or marketing manager with bold ideas, frustrated by outdated decision-making, and ready to take the leap into a leadership role? This is your opportunity. We’re seeking a Head of Marketing who’s not just ambitious but driven to prove their potential and reward the faith placed in them with results.


This role is perfect for someone stepping into their first Head of Marketing gig, eager to drive growth, execute strategies, and shape the future of a fast-paced Web3 startup. You’ll receive mentorship from an industry-leading fractional CMO, with us in a fractional capacity, supporting your growth into full leadership of XODEX’s marketing function.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with XODEX’s growth objectives.
  • Build and manage partnerships that expand our reach and strengthen our product ecosystem.
  • Lead KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management to amplify brand presence across the crypto space.
  • Execute and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with XODEX’s vision.
  • Analyze data, competitors, and market trends to refine marketing efforts and maximize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and development cycles.
Qualifications:


  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  • Proven experience in Web3 marketing, preferably in DeFi or related sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and make data-driven decisions.

Location:
