Quantstamp is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and detail-oriented to support two of our engineering leaders. In this role you will need to be tech-savvy, highly organized, and have experience working as part of a distributed team.
Your day-to-day work will involve
- Facilitate external follow-up meetings and coordinate schedules
- Gather and organize technical information to stay informed about ongoing projects
- Provide proofreading support for both technical and non-technical documents
- Manage tickets in Jira occasionally, ensuring seamless task management
- Research and compile information on grants and hackathons across different web3 ecosystems
- Handle travel bookings efficiently
- Aid in vendor research and vetting on an as-needed basis
- Assist with general personal arrangements
- Assist in building spreadsheets and organizing data
Need to haves
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency using virtual collaboration tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic office software (GSuite, Jira, Calendly, Zoom etc)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Some understanding of web3 and blockchain technology
- Must be available to cover EST timezone with flexible hours as needed
