Product UX Designer Web3
ZERO, the web3 platform which the Wilder World Metaverse Market is built upon, is looking for a product designer. You will join an emerging design team dedicated to building an intuitive, unified suite of web3 applications. Your work will enable people to establish web3 communities in one product experience through the creation of DAO’s, tokens, NFTs, discussions, management of projects and more.
Responsibilities
- Research & design at the cutting edge of UX with the challenge of making web3 easy
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to design elegant solutions, ensuring design is front-of-mind throughout the product development process
- Help build a comprehensive design system that allows fast design prototyping and efficient communication with front end developers
- Establish a design culture of elegance and inclusivity through effective communication, delivery and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, including research, prototyping and handover of pixel perfect designs
- Competent in Figma including the use and creation of design systems
- Existing knowledge of Web3 tech and culture
Qualities
- Communication - Asks questions to learn what they need in order to do the best job. Can walk others through their decision making when reaching a design solution
- Self-motivated - A team player willing to take ownership of projects and see them through
- Remote native - comfortable working across multiple time zones and using a-sync tools and processes
