Position Overview:

ENS Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying our brand presence across diverse social media platforms. We are looking for an individual who is deeply immersed in the ENS protocol, the Web3 ecosystem, and our vibrant community, and who possesses a creative flair for driving engagement and building brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Farcaster, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn.
• Curate compelling and informative content tailored to our target audience, reflecting a deep understanding of the ENS protocol, Web3 technologies, and industry trends.
• Create and schedule daily posts across designated platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance in messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategy, engagement, and reach.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly with graphic designers, to produce visually appealing and cohesive social media assets.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate relevant innovations into our social media approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
• Deep understanding of the ENS protocol, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Autonomy and self-motivation, coupled with a collaborative spirit and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
