The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager (Crypto / DeFi / Web3) to lead the development and growth of innovative blockchain-based products. You will work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences at the frontier of real world commerce, decentralized finance and loyalty-driven ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more DeFi / Web3 products—from research and strategy to execution and iteration
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to launch high-impact features and protocols
  • Write clear product specs and user stories aligned with business goals and user needs
  • Drive prioritization, trade-off decisions, and execution plans across teams
  • Interface with smart contract developers to ensure secure and scalable protocol design
  • Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and inform continuous improvement cycles
  • Stay current on trends across crypto, DeFi, Layer 2s, tokenization, and loyalty-tech convergence

Requirements

Required:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, including 1-2 years in crypto, DeFi, or Web3 environments
  • Strong technical understanding of smart contracts, tokens, wallets, and decentralized systems
  • Demonstrated success launching or managing blockchain-based products or services
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • A builder mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and impact
  • Based in the US and has legal authorization to work in the US
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and ambiguity

Bonus/Preferred:

  • Background in fintech, consumer rewards, or digital identity
  • Familiarity with solidity/rust, staking mechanisms, payments, or decentralized governance
  • Experience contributing to or leading in DAOs or open-source Web3 communities

This is a fully remote role. The salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary + equity/token compensation
  • Fully remote work environment with strong bond among the team
  • Opportunity to shape category-defining products at the intersection of commerce, loyalty, AI, and DeFi
  • Collaborative culture with industry veterans and mission-driven builders
    • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
    • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
    • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
    • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
    • Short Term & Long Term Disability
    • Work From Home
    • Wellness Resources
    • Stock Option Plan
