Technical Product Manager - Defi / DEX - Web3 technical direction
We are looking for a strong Technical Product Manager with a strong Parameter document technical background. This person will need to have a strong technical grasp of Solidity and Web3. 3+ years of experience in a global remote-first engineering management team.
The Technical Product Manager must have:
- Understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and/or crypto-economic protocols.
- Adept at planning, prioritization, execution, and coaching.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Parameter document
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a wide variety of audiences at differing levels of technical sophistication.
- The ability to learn and adapt to a rapidly evolving tech stack.
The Technical Product Manager should have experience in:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning knowledge
- Have led product teams at scale within DeFi, web3, crypto, or consumer sectors
- Come from a top tier DeFi project or tech company
- Used at least a few DeFi crypto applications on Ethereum and can speak about how they work (ie. Aave, Sushi, Yearn, Maker)
