ZTX is a web3 metaverse initiative jointly incubated by ZEPETO — a global leader in 3D metaverse with over 400 million users and over 3 million daily transactions of virtual items — and leading global blockchain organizations including Jump Crypto.

Building with mass adoption in mind, we are creating a web-based 3D open world with varying levels of gamification integrated as well as opportunities for users to monetize via ownership of digital assets and social interaction. Our goal is to empower creators and communities to build, play, and earn — a world where users of all backgrounds can chart their journeys into a world beyond the physical.

We are looking for a talented Lead 3D Concept Artist to help drive the vision and aesthetic for our NFT wearables.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our 3D Apparel team including the Chief Creative Officer, Art Director, and Producer to create forward thinking NFT apparel designs
• Drive a demanding production schedule by keeping the team inspired and motivated at all times
• Partner with other departments to help create concept art for our in-game metaverse experience where applicable
• Keep up on a wide range of fashion trends from metaverse to traditional runway designs that speak to our audience of teens and young adults

About You:

• 6+ years experience as a 3D Concept Artist specializing in avatars or apparel
• Exceptional knowledge in 3D packages such as Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, Cinema 4d, Substance painter and Designer
• Expertise in Marvelous Designer
• Experience concepting various >
• Strong drawing skills (Hand sketch or Procreate)
• Excellent communication skills, with experience giving direction to modelers, technical artists, and riggers
• Energized to work with a fully decentralized team that spans multiple time zones
• Strong portfolio showing work

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Unity 3D (over Unreal)
• Experience with render engines such as Vray , Corona, Octane, Redshift, etc.
• Familiar with the crypto ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, identity)
• If you've worked in a startup environment
• If you speak and write in Korean (but not necessary)
