About the role:

As a 3D NFT Artist in the NFT department, you will be one of the key creators of our Crypto.com collectables. We are looking for an artist that is a versatile designer, able to visualize, express and materialise his/her creative ideas to generate world class NFT art pieces. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive art direction, look and feel for both NFT projects and marketing collaterals.
• Research of reference materials for projects with detailed explanations of creative ideas.
• Articulate creative ideas and feedback to team members in an effective manner.
• Generate NFTs as a one man team (if need be).
• Create digital assets (NFTs) with directions of internal team leads and partnerships’ guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members, art directors and project managers to ensure consistent branding and quality of work.
• Generate creative ideas for digital collectables and design relevant promotional materials for NFT launch.
• Visualize storyboards to meet storytelling objectives and execute illustrations to final quality.
• Quickly manoeuvre between different brand guidelines to ensure quality with a high volume of web deliverables.
• Manage time effectively, multi-tasking to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high-quality output.
• Manipulate raw footage, illustrations and typography with flare and >
• Stay up-to-date on the latest graphic trends and help to establish and promote best practices within our organization.

• 4+ years of experience in motion graphics field, animation, advertising, post-production or relevant industries.
• Able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends. Self-driven and determined to strive for first-class quality materials.
• Experience in areas such as motion graphics, illustration, animation, or 2D/3D production.
• Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Cinema 4D or any other 2D/3D software or video production tools.
• Proficient in modeling (organic and hard surface), UV unwrapping, texturing, lighting and rendering is a plus.
