Job Overview:
Weâre looking for a world-class Program Management leader to accelerate delivery and innovation across the entire Product, Engineering, Data and Design org and across MoonPayâs entire product portfolio.
For this specific role, we'd like to connect with current Director level candidates with PMO leadership and Product Operations/Strategy experience.
Key responsibilities:

Attract, develop and inspire a team of program and project managers that our business teams need to function effectively.

Collaborate with various internal teams including engineering, product and design to ensure the timely delivery of high quality products and solutions.
Skills & Experience:
-
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain and web3 technology, this is a requirement for the role.

Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
-
Experience managing risks, resolving conflict and ensuring alignment across wide organizations.
-
Proven track record of program management experience in a high-tech environment.

A Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.

Passionate about driving innovation and growth in a fast paced, high-tech environment.

Our interview process usually takes place on Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:
