What We Seek:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Development to spearhead our sales and business development initiatives. You'll be instrumental in identifying new prospects, negotiating sales deals and partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and crafting innovative business development strategies.

You should have:

- Outstanding Communication Abilities: Candidates should demonstrate exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication. The ability to clearly and effectively articulate ideas is paramount.s within the organization. The ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving business goals.

- Client Engagement Expertise: Proficiency in engaging with potential clients is essential, showcasing our services and products compellingly and persuasively.

- Eagerness for Learning and Technical Proficiency: A proactive learning attitude is crucial, along with a solid understanding of relevant technologies. The candidate must be adept at grasping and communicating complex technical concepts.

- Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving Skills: The role requires the ability to analyze market trends and data, identifying both opportunities and challenges. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of devising innovative solutions to intricate problems.

- Strategic Business Development Acumen: The candidate should be capable of formulating and executing business development strategies autonomously. This involves expanding outreach, engaging with key stakeholders in Web3, enhancing brand recognition, and converting opportunities into significant sales leads that contribute to the company's revenue growth.

- Leadership and Collaborative Teamwork: Candidates must have a proven ability in leading projects and working effectively across various teams. Inspiring and guiding a team towards accomplishing business objectives is a key aspect of this role.

- Technical Background

Minimum Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required, with a strong preference for STEM. 

- Industry Experience: A minimum of two years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in outbound sales/BD, with specific skills in negotiating and successfully closing deals

- Cultural Competency: Experience in working within a multicultural environment is highly valued.

- Professional Ethics: A commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
