As an Junior Accountant in our team
You will be responsible for financial reporting, system deployments, and data automation. Also, explore the updated compliance requirement for crypto accounting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analysis monthly management reports and business reviews
- Support efficiency improvements including simplification of reports, analysis tools and automation of reporting.
- Activity involved in new financial system deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the monthly close process; ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorized in accordance to company policies
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA Level 3 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year of relevant accounting experience in similar position especially accounts closing and reporting
- Required language(s): English
Preferred
- Prior exposure to Xero is an added advantage
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability would have an advantage
