About Us
We are a fast-growing crypto gaming seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our gaming platform. Our team consists of seasoned operators with over a decade of experience in web2 gaming, sponsorships of EPL and La Liga teams, and expertise across the entire gaming tech stack.
Role Overview
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our platform. You will work closely with developers, designers, marketing teams, customer service and compliance to enhance player engagement, troubleshoot product issues, and innovate within the Web3 gambling space.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Research and ideate product features aligned with business goals, user needs, and emerging trends in crypto gaming.
- Feature Development: Define and prioritize new features, game mechanics, and promotional tools to improve retention, LTV, and user acquisition.
- User Experience & UI/UX: Collaborate with designers to create seamless and engaging gaming experiences for both crypto-native and traditional users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product launches, operations and iterations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze player behavior, transaction data, and game performance to optimize product features and promotional campaigns.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep our product ahead of the market.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in gaming or crypto-related products.
- Proficiency in analyzing backoffice data to track user behavior and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working across technical and business teams.
- A passion for Web3, crypto, and online gaming.
