As Marketing Lead, you’ll work directly with the founder and c-level executives to shape the future of the brand, its communications, its marketing flywheel, and execute strategies that expand XION's reach beyond the crypto world and towards mainstream audiences.  

Responsibilities

Synthesize information from all across the organization and ecosystem, and own the storytelling and communications across a variety of distribution channels Run a high-performance marketing organization that uses the best tools and practices, operating with precision, scalability, and methodical execution Mentor, develop, and scale the current marketing team to maximize their potential Design and oversee content-driven campaigns that deepen awareness within crypto audiences and work with teammates to expand XION's reach to mainstream audiences Foster a data-driven culture where every team member analyzes and optimizes performance by default. Innovate beyond standard crypto marketing to acquire new mindshare.

  Requirements

Natural storyteller. Multiple years of marketing experience, including prior work in a crypto marketing organization. Proven success leading content-driven marketing teams in high-growth environments. Deep understanding of crypto or the ability to quickly adapt to the industry. Visionary approach to marketing, thinking beyond traditional crypto audiences. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
