Letâs go!  Your mission Our People Operations Team drives all global processes and handles employee requests across the entire employee lifecycleâfrom onboarding and day-to-day queries to offboarding. Provide timely, clear, and effective support to employees, new hires, and internal stakeholders on processes, policies, and inquiries. Manage all employment lifecycle transactions within our HRIS (Workday) and prepare required documentation. Live and role model a data-driven approach and uphold our service level agreements (SLAs) on responsiveness, resolution times, and employee satisfaction. Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple locations, owning responsibilities within designated regions.
 Who you are
3+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally within a dynamic, international environment. Familiarity with labor law regulations and HR best practices in one or more of the following countries: Austria, Spain, Germany Preferably working knowledge of Workday, Google Suite and Jira ticketing system Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Team player with fluency in English and another language Experience with project management, global mobility or payroll is a plus. Whatâs in it for you
