Role Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the product/business teams and senior leadership to make data driven decisions. They will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing and presenting quantitative and qualitative data on our users and partners. This role comes with the opportunity for fast growth and development alongside quickly increasing responsibility.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to deeply understand the user/partner behaviour using data.
  • Create and own the dashboards using internal tools like MixPanel, Retool, etc. to make data analysis self serve within the organization.
  • Perform off the shelf data analysis using Python, R or any other language.
  • Use the above dashboards and data analysis techniques to come up with insights to drive product/business decisions.
  • Measure post feature launch metrics to ensure whether we are achieving our targets or need to intervene if need be.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering team members to push for data backed decision.
  • Keep a constant look at data & conversion funnels and ensure how to make them better at all times.
  • Work on any miscellaneous data asks from across the organisation including investors.

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 2 years of experience in working as a data analyst in other product led organizations
  • Excellent data analysis skills. You should be metrics driven and able to blend quantitative with qualitative signals to inform decision making
  • Have used data analysis tools like MixPanel, Tableau, Sixth Sense, etc. earlier.
  • Prior experience in working with MongoDB is a good to have.
  • Prior experience in Python, R or other data scripting languages is a good to have.
  • Has graduated from a premier institute like IIT or NIT.
  • Enjoys working in a friendly and collaborative yet entrepreneurial environment, where things move quickly and people like to take initiatives
