Investor Relations Manager (NYC-region based)
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our corporate team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with current and potential investors, sell-side analysts, and other stakeholders in the US. You will also play a key role in communicating the Company's strategy, key development, and financial performance to the investment community.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and prospective shareholders through regular interactions, meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, presentations, and other investor materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Respond to inquiries from analysts, investors, and potential shareholders regarding the company's performance, strategy, and outlook.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Finance, Legal, and Communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and other investor-related events, including logistics and presentation materials.
- Manage and maintain the Investor Relations section of the company's website, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- Analyze market data, investor feedback, and peer benchmarking to identify areas for improvement in investor communication and engagement.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations or a related role, preferably with a U.S. listed company. Prior sell-side or buy-side experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, SEC regulations, and best practices in investor relations.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, regulations, and corporate governance practices.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and presentation software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for investor conferences and roadshows.
- An outgoing and sociable personality is desired, with the confidence to engage and approach people.
