Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Senior Designer to join the LeveX team. Based in Dubai, this role is a unique opportunity to work directly with the leadership team to shape the platform’s user experience and create industry-leading designs that enhance usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of both marketing design and UI/UX design skills to create a cohesive and intuitive experience for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Design: Conceptualize and produce high-impact marketing materials, including social media graphics, ad campaigns, and branding collateral that resonate with the crypto trading community.

• UI/UX Design: Support the design of the LeveX platform's user interface and user experience. This includes creating intuitive trading dashboards, social feeds, and other features that enhance usability and engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective and visually compelling design solutions.

• Branding: Maintain and evolve LeveX's brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and a premium feel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both marketing and UI/UX projects.

• A deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, with previous work experience in the sector.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant software.

• Ability to work in a structured, organized way and under pressure. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
