Role: Social Media Manager and Designer

Role Mission: Grow our community by 10x and quadruple average spend in 3 months by promoting our brand in LatAm, DACH and EMEA using visually appealing and on the spot content in organic and paid methods.

Main performance number: % Followers growth per month
Second performance number: % average spend growth
Third performance number: % ROAS

Functions:

• Social Media Strategy and Planning : Create and execute a social media strategy to enter DACH, EMEA, LatAm.
• Design : Create visually appealing illustrations to increase 10x the reach of our Social Media Channels.
• Copywriting : Understand crypto topics and create posts viewed by at least 100k per day.
• Animations : Create dynamic videos to generate more than 150k video views for each.
• Traffic : Attract new followers using organic methods and paid ads (ROAS over 400%).
• Measurement : Measure key performance indicators and a/b test results to identify the opportunities for performance increase to ensure 10x growth.
• Brand reputation management : Find negative feedback across social media and report it to customer success team to be solved, maintaining brand's reputation.

Requirement skills and experience:

• Active social media hacker with deep knowledge of algorithms to avoid account suspension.
• 2+ years of Social Media Planning experience.
• 1+ years of experience in launching paid campaigns across social media platforms.
• Proven track record of using Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and other similar apps.
• Copywriting skills.
• Teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to work with people of high caliber performance and focused on viral growth.
• Interest in and knowledge of crypto or fintech is a plus.
