Senior Marketing Team Designer in Flipster
This is a new role created in the marketing team focused on all the visual requirements for regular campaigns being run. This means the designer will get to own the creative process from concept through to delivery on all mediums. The role is purley design and doesn’t require any management type work. You will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing and visually dynamic campaign experiences, including landing pages, animated ads and other graphic related materials. This role involves extensive experience with web design tools, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and visually striking digital designs including banners and landing pages
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to gather and understand project requirements.
- Work closely with our developers in Korea to integrate landing pages with our website.
- Ensure brand adherence across all materials.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness and compatibility on various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with developers to provide design specifications and assets for accurate implementation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
What we want you to have
- Fluent in Korean and English
- 5+ years of work experience in web design.
- Proven experience as a web designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse website designs.
- Proficiency in web design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices, including UX/UI design.
- Familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Nice to Have
- Capabilities in animating dynamic HTML5 ads for campaigns
- Skills in animation and moving graphics
- Korean citizenship or PR
- Early Startup experience
