Our client is pioneering into Crypto by providing DeFi solutions through a Decentralized exchange (DEX) and operating as an Automated Market Maker (AMM) in Switzerland.

We are seeking for a Senior Backend Developer to help design and operate the core systems powering their products.

You’ll work on high-availability, high-reliability components that serve as the foundation for our services in the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Work across the full lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of container-based applications.

• Collaborate closely with other engineers to define interfaces, APIs, and internal tools.

• Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and container orchestration setups.

• Help shape system design decisions that impact uptime, latency, and developer experience.

• Stay curious & explore new services, frameworks, and paradigms to improve our stack.

Langages Core : TypeScript or Rust

Cloud & DevOps : AWS (Including Docker & Lambda)

What We’re Looking For

• Agile mindset: Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment where objectives evolve rapidly, and agility is critical. Capable of making informed decisions and progressing with partial information.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Comfortable working horizontally across the stack; front-end experience is a plus.

• Strong technical foundation: Proven experience developing backend systems and deploying containerized services to production.

• Team Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative teams on large, complex codebases, emphasizing maintainability and scalability. Leadership experience is a big plus.

• Passion for Web3: Enthusiasm for decentralized finance and blockchain technologies, with a strong desire to innovate in the space.

• Strong Communication: Excellent French and English language skills, both written and verbal.
