About the Role

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (editorial, marketing, and developers) to create content plans and strategies around content creation and track outcomes.

  • Outreach to various web3 networks for BCW programs

  • communicate announcements & drive engagement

  • Reach out to a network of journalists for getting media coverage on key announcements

  • Assist the business team in designing collateral and presentations for sales & marketing team

  • Supporting business teams in maintaining CRM cleanliness and accuracy

  • Support daily SEO-optimized content, blogs, tutorials, videos, press releases, social media posts, repurposed content management, articles, and more-with tight, self-set (and self-kept) deadlines.

  • Experiment with how to increase views and clicks, and to meet various marketing-related KPI from both organically published and paid (promoted) content.

  • Updating, and occasionally cleaning up outdated content.


This role is a hybrid of work-from-home and in-person (for those based in Hong Kong)


Qualifications


  • MUST beCrypto native, possess a strong knowledge of the Web3 space and have experience in writing relevant content (will require to share a portfolio of work).

  • Eager to learn new things & apply knowledge in new ways

  • Interested in applying creativity to help campaigns & products to stand out

  • Outgoing personality - a social network containing contacts in Web3 media and development is a plus

  • Strong communicator with native-level English written and verbal skills

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with little oversight and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver results within tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of SEO copywriting best practices

  • Digital design experience, video, and educational content is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Promptness in responding to team requests and emergency situations

  • Attention to detail - you don’t greenlight content unless it meets your standards.
