<span >Weâre hiring a Junior Social Media Manager to help grow Onchain â a next-gen decentralized platform built for real users, not just speculators. Youâll help define Onchainâs voice across Crypto Twitter, Telegram, and Discord â with a focus on memecoin trends, altcoin culture, and whatâs driving the conversation in real time. This is a hands-on content role for someone who already lives inside cryptoâs social layer â and wants to help shape the next stage of it.

Who You Are
- Deep understanding of crypto-native culture and internet fluency
- Active follower of Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster
- Demonstrated ability to write punchy, relevant posts (memes, threads, CT copy)
- Proven eye for virality, timing, and tone
- Comfort adapting across formats (X posts, memes, launch copy, product updates)
- Excellent written English; additional language fluency a plus
- Strong sense of narrative and community instincts
- Self-directed and fast-moving â thrives in volatile markets and chaotic moments
What You Will Do
- Monitor daily trends, token launches, and narratives across CT and Telegram
- Draft and schedule content (memes, posts, threads) with rapid turnaround
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to translate launches into content
- Run experimental campaigns around new tokens, quests, and launches
- Contribute to shaping Onchainâs brand voice and visual identity
- Help design and maintain a social content calendar
- Track performance metrics and surface learnings on what drives engagement
- Interact with our audience in real time when needed (comments, quote tweets, etc.)
