About the role

Responsibility
- Lead research, design and production implementation of a crypto perpetual market-making engine (funding-rate-aware quoting & systematic hedging).
- Architect and build the full stack: pricing engine, hedging rules, execution algorithms, order management, and exchange connectivity.
- Responsible for building risk & PNL monitoring systems, ensuring these are managed within the existing risk management framework.
- Liaise with compliance, legal and exchange partners for onboarding, market access and incentive programs.
- Collaborate alongside a team of quants, traders & developers.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on market-making experience, ideally in crypto perpetuals markets.
- Deep knowledge of perpetual swaps mechanics: funding rate, indexing/mark price & liquidation mechanics
- Experience with perpetual market-making on major CEX.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production trading systems (pricing engine, execution algos, risk layer).
- Expert in at least one compiled language (C++ / Rust) and one high-productivity language (Python).
