The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives at the frontier of markets and tokenization, with expertise in full-stack development and blockchain integration.
We are headquartered in New York City, with flexible remote work options. Candidates open to relocating to NYC are preferred.
If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
Why Join Us
At BAXUS, we’re building the future of how wine and spirits are bought, sold, collected, valued, and traded—and we’re doing it with experience and intent. We sit at the crossroads of booze and blockchain, solving big problems for both the drinks and crypto worlds. Whether it’s bringing transparency to rare bottle trading or turning a wishlist into a live market, everything we’re building delivers real value to real people.
This is a startup—so it’s fast, intense, and full of challenges - but it’s also spirits. Which means it’s fun, fast-moving, and full of people who care deeply about the craft, the culture, the history, the stories, and the magic of making a liquid that people love.
We’ve got big ambitions and a high-performing team that moves quickly, thinks strategically, and takes pride in building products that people actually use and love. If you’re someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys being hands-on, and wants to help shape a category-defining company, you’ll fit right in.

What does a full stack developer in web3 do?
A full stack web3 developer is a developer who has expertise in the full stack of technologies that are used to build web3 applications
These applications use the decentralized, distributed nature of the web3 network to provide users with a secure and decentralized way of accessing and interacting with online services and applications. The responsibilities of a full stack web3 developer will vary depending on the specific project and the needs of the team they are working with
In general, though, a full stack web3 developer will be responsible for: designing and building the front-end and back-end of web3 applications, as well as implementing and maintaining the underlying blockchain infrastructure
This will often involve working with a variety of different technologies and programming languages, such as Solidity for smart contract development, JavaScript and HTML for front-end development, and various blockchain protocols and frameworks. Additionally, a full stack web3 developer may also be responsible for working with the web3 community to help drive adoption and integration of web3 technologies, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and contributing to the broader web3 ecosystem.
