What you’ll do as a Graphic designer at Syndr:

  • Create creative assets such as graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels, including web, social media, product packaging, email campaigns, and more.

  • Producing short videos and other digital media materials that effectively communicate our brand's message.

  • Develop and refine brand assets, including >

  • Collaborating closely with the team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with our design standards.

  • Juggling multiple projects, while ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Assisting in scheduling posts and managing social media accounts as needed.

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and capabilities.

  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), with a specific requirement for proficiency in Figma.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design across various platforms, including print and digital media.

  • Experience with social media management and post-scheduling tools.

  • Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding and interest in the Web3 space is preferred.
